General By using this website, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence. You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful purpose.
Orders and Pricing All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is always free. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. In the case of a pricing error, we are not obligated to honour the incorrect price.
Delivery Delivery times stated on our website are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays or force majeure events.
Consumer Rights As a UK consumer, you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. These rights are in addition to our own return and warranty commitments and cannot be excluded.
Right of Withdrawal You have the right to cancel your order within 90 days of receiving your product. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@calirovo.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Understanding your experience allows us to find the most suitable resolution — whether that is troubleshooting support, a partial refund, or an alternative solution that better meets your needs. If a return is agreed upon, items must be returned to our international fulfilment centre at the customer's expense. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.
Warranty All products sold by Calirovo meet reasonable quality and safety standards. If a product is defective upon arrival, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
Liability Calirovo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Force Majeure We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or carrier disruptions.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. As a Netherlands-registered business, we also operate in full compliance with applicable EU regulations. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
