Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After 6 hours, orders are automatically processed and we can no longer guarantee cancellation. Please contact support@calirovo.com as soon as possible if you need help.
What is your return policy?
You have 90 days from the day your order arrives to start a return. The item should come back unused and in its original packaging. Just email support@calirovo.com with your order number and we'll send you a return authorization with simple step-by-step instructions. Return shipping is covered by the customer. When will I get my refund?
Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we'll approve it and refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need a little longer to show it on your statement.
How quickly do you respond to messages?
Within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Reach us at support@calirovo.com.
How long does processing take?
1 to 3 business days. Orders placed late Friday or over the weekend start processing on Monday.
How long does delivery take?
6 to 10 business days after your order ships. Exact times vary by destination. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it leaves our fulfillment center.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number once it ships.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Email support@calirovo.com with your name and order number as soon as possible. Once it's left our fulfillment center we can't guarantee changes.
My tracking number isn't working. What do I do?
Tracking numbers take 2 to 3 business days to activate after shipment. Still not working after that? Contact us and we'll sort it out right away.
I received a damaged or incorrect item. What do I do?
Email support@calirovo.com with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.
Something is missing from my order. What do I do?
Larger orders sometimes ship in multiple packages, arriving 1 to 2 days apart. If something's still missing after that, contact us and we'll sort it out. If an item won't be back in stock within two weeks, we'll automatically issue a full refund, no hassle.
