Return Policy
We want you to feel good about shopping with us, and that includes knowing exactly what happens if something is not quite right. Returns are a normal part of shopping, so there is no stress here. Here is how it works, in plain language.
You have 90 days
From the day your order arrives, you have 90 days to let us know you would like to return it. Take your time and make sure it is right for you.
What we ask
So we can accept your return, the item should come back unused, with any tags still attached and in its original packaging. Having your order confirmation or proof of purchase to hand makes it quicker for everyone.
How to start
Just email us at support@calirovo.com with your order number. We are glad to help, and once your return is approved we will send you a Return Authorization with the return address and simple step-by-step instructions.
A quick note on return shipping
Because we run a single, dedicated fulfilment centre rather than a local drop-off point in every country, which is how we keep our footprint smaller and our prices fair (as explained in our Shipping Policy), returns are sent back to us directly by you. It is a normal and easy step: drop the parcel with your local carrier and send us the tracking number. We recommend a tracked service so your return is protected on the way back. Return shipping is covered by the customer.
If something arrived damaged or wrong
Please take a look at your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, reach out right away at support@calirovo.com and we will make it right. This one is on us.
Thinking of an exchange?
The quickest way is to return the item you have, and once that is approved, place a new order for the one you want. That way your replacement reaches you as soon as possible.
Your refund
Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we will let you know it is approved and refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need a little extra time to show it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you still do not see it, email us at support@calirovo.com and we will look into it.
