Shipping Policy

We want your order to reach you smoothly, so here is everything you need to know, in plain language.

How long does it take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery takes another 6 to 10 business days after that, so most orders arrive within roughly 7 to 13 business days from order to door. Orders placed late on Friday or over the weekend begin processing on Monday.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Will my order arrive in one package?
Most orders arrive in a single package. Now and then a larger order is sent in more than one parcel, and these usually arrive a day or two apart.

Where does my order ship from?
We run a single, dedicated fulfilment centre rather than lots of scattered warehouses. Keeping one efficient hub helps us lower our shipping footprint and keep our costs down, which is how we are able to keep our prices fair and our deals good for you.

What if my order is delayed?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email us at support@calirovo.com. We will look into it and keep you updated.

Do you ship on weekends or public holidays?
Our fulfilment centre processes and ships Monday to Friday. During international public holidays, processing can take a little longer. If your order is taking more time than expected, just email support@calirovo.com and we will give you an update.
