Yes. Wear your sleeve during the day, at night or anytime in between. It's designed to be comfortable and supportive whenever you need it.
Can I wear a single sleeve on either knee?
Absolutely. A single sleeve works on whichever knee you like. Most customers eventually pick up the 2-pack for both.
What if I order the wrong size?
Just email support@calirovo.com within 90 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out for you. Let us know your order number and what's not fitting and we'll take it from there.
Can I order a pack in different sizes?
Yes. Choose the 2-pack or 3-pack, then use the size selector at checkout to pick a different size for each sleeve.
How do I wash them?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and air dry. The bamboo-charcoal fibre resists odour, so it needs washing far less often than synthetic sleeves.
Is it comfortable for sensitive skin?
Yes. The bamboo-charcoal knit is soft, breathable and hypoallergenic, with a flat non-slip hem that won't pinch or chafe on all-day wear.
What is your return policy?
You have 90 days from delivery to request a return. Items should come back unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Once we receive and approve your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping is covered by the customer. Damaged or incorrect items are on us. How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free on all orders. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery takes another 6 to 10 business days after that. Most orders arrive within roughly 7 to 13 business days from order to door. Orders placed late on Friday or over the weekend begin processing on Monday.
